With around 75 years of combined industry experience, your hosts are old… but wise!

They have worked together on numerous international projects, as well as many others in their advisory roles, and as full-time senior employees for some of the world’s largest companies in the sector.

When not recording Podcasts, they can be found at various airport lounges and usually at some ridiculous hour of the day as they jet off to the next project or conference. With a focus on the US, as well emerging markets across LATAM, Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe, their skills are in demand.

Dan Phillips – Co-Host

OPERATIONS EXPERT

Over a 25-year period, Dan has established himself as a senior figure in the regulated gaming industry for several public and leading companies across the online, retail and social spaces in both the B2B and B2C worlds.

Originally a Croupier, Dan worked his way up through London’s Casino scene, before moving online where he has held Director and ‘C’ level roles with the likes of Playtech where he ran their UK operations. Prior to that at Gala Coral he ran the ecomm operations as Digital Gaming Director.

Currently he advises multiple organisations across Europe the Americas and Africa. He does this across a range of disciplines including operations, content, RG, change management, new market entry and commercial / M&A engagements.

Lee Richardson – Co-Host

MARKETING EXPERT

Successful business leader with senior-level experience in national, and international, B2B and B2C markets, including betting and gaming, sport, leisure and travel sectors.

Results-driven profit-achiever with excellent team-building skills. MBA, past chartered marketer, Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing. Personal Management Licence holder in both UK (UKGC) and Alderney (AGCC). Specialties: substantial experience of new business development and successful complex commercial negotiations. Highly familiar with public company disciplines, including investor relations, due diligence, regulatory and compliance, mergers, acquisitions and start-up businesses.

Vigne Kozacek – Co-Host

TECHNOLOGY EXPERT

With more than 25 years’ experience managing information technology operations and business activities, predominantly in the gaming industry. With a career base including Camelot, Coral, Boylesports and William Hill. Successfully delivered and managed positive change programs including merger support, solution acquisitions and budget control.

Successfully delivered major infrastructure development programs. With a combination of expertise of collaborative systems management and the ability to identify change priorities and value-added solutions were repeatedly demonstrated in improvement to operational performance, revenue maximization and risk mitigation.

With extensive experience working closely with leading suppliers of betting applications and platform providers including IGT and OpenBet to identify, evaluate and implement cutting edge gaming solutions. Founder of independent consultancy firm Innovation Squad Ltd and Senior IT Associate at Spectrum Gaming Group.
